BNAPS has reserved a block of rooms for BNAPEX attendees at the St. Lawrence College Residence at $89.00 plus taxes per night. All the rooms have two twin beds and a private bathroom with shower. A BNAPEX attendee who reserves a room is free to have another person (partner or other BNAPS member) share the room at no additional charge.

The rooms can be booked for the nights of Thursday, 22 August, to Sunday, 25 August (checkout 26 August), or part thereof. The last day for booking a room at the BNAPEX rate is 22 July. The rooms are booked using an online reservation system.

BNAPEX hotel rooms

For convention goers who prefer to stay at a hotel, BNAPS has negotiated with the Best Western Fireside Inn in Kingston to set aside a block of rooms for BNAPEX. The rooms are available from Thursday, 22 August, to Sunday, 25 August. The block will be set aside until 22 July.

The hotel is a 10 minute drive to St. Lawrence College and to the waterfront.
