- Regional Group discussions at BNAPEX
Throughout the United States and Canada, BNAPS members have formed regional groups (listed below) that meet one or more times a year. Meetings are much like mini-conventions, some lasting the weekend, during which strong philatelic friendships flourish, and both knowledge and material are exchanged.
If you love BNA stamps and covers and enjoy meeting others who share your enthusiasm, you are likely to find the benefits of a BNAPS regional group worth the Society dues alone.

Mid-Atlantic
A BNAPS Mid-Atlantic regional meeting will be held at BALPEX'26 (held 7 to 9 August 2026). The show has been combined with the American First Day Cover Society’s AMERICOVER EXPO, the AAPE Youth Championship, and the Eire Philatelic Society Convention. We are expecting up to 250+ frames of exhibits.
The venue will again be the BWI Airport Marriott Hotel, 1743 West Nursery Road, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090. It is located between Baltimore and Washington off I-295 (B-W Pkwy) just 5 minutes from BWI Airport and 5 minutes from the BWI AMTRAK/MARC station (Free hotel shuttles!). Show and hotel details are available on the BALPEX.ORG website.
On Friday afternoon, Bill Radcliffe will present a talk entitled "The Canadian Beaver" which will give a history of Canada's first stamp and its transition from the 3 pence issue to the 5 cent issue. All collectors are welcome. Questions: contact Barry Casanova at bwcasanova@msn.com.
