How to register

The BNAPEX 2024 registration form is now available. It is an online form this year. No need to fill in a paper or PDF form and submit it by mail or email.

Using the form, you and your spouse or partner or guest can register for the following events:

• A three-hour cruise on the St. Lawrence River on Friday evening. The Friday cruise includes a buffet dinner, cash bar, and guided narrated tour. Transportation between the St. Lawrence College Residence and the cruise ship is provided. Seating for the buffet dinner on the cruise ship is limited to 100 people. First come, first served.
• The BNAPS Past Presidents' Reception and Awards Banquet on Sunday evening in the St. Lawrence College Event Conference and Banquet Centre. Three menu options are offered: Mediterranean chicken supreme, bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, and grilled vegetable and tofu stack. All are gluten-free.

The following registration options are available:

• The "full package". This includes the Friday cruise with dinner and the Sunday Past Presidents' Reception and Awards Banquet.
• Only the Past Presidents' Reception and Awards Banquet.
• Only the cruise with buffet dinner.
• Cruise with cash bar and guided narrated tour but no buffet dinner. This "cruise only" option is offered to those who wish to go on the cruise after the limit of 100 dinner cruise registrations has been reached and those who prefer not to dine on the cruise ship.

The registration fee can be paid by Interac e-Transfer® or cheque. Cheques can be made out in CA $, US $, UK £, or EU € at the current exchange rate with the Canadian dollar. No fee is charged for payment by Interac e-Transfer® or cheque. These payment details are also on the registration form. Payment by PayPal is not available.

For cheques, make the cheque payable to BNAPEX 2024, and mail it to the BNAPEX Treasurer: Ron Smith, 12 Chateau Drive, McLEOD HILL NB E3G 5X4.

Access to the exhibits, dealer bourse, and study group seminars is free.
