The BNAPEX 2024 souvenir items are illustrated on the Souvenirs web page. There are six covers commemorating three anniversaries plus a pane of overprinted Royal Canadian Air Force stamps issued in 1999.

Registration
Registration for the Sunday Past Presidents' Reception and Awards Banquet has been extended from
28 July to 8 August. Registration for the full package (Friday dinner cruise and Sunday Banquet) is
available until 8 August or until the limit of 100 people for the dinner cruise is reached. Registration
for just the Banquet extends until 8 August.
Seminars
Six study groups are holding hybrid seminars; that is, with in-person and remote attendance via Zoom.
Any BNAPS member wishing to attend a seminar can do so. To get the Zoom link, go to the Seminars page,
and click the Zoom links button. You will be prompted to log on the website if you aren't already.

There have been several updates to the Seminars web page in the past week or so. The Perfin Study Group has requested a hybrid meeting. Several study groups have announced their meeting agendas. Among them: Digital Philately, Large & Small Queens, Newfoundland, and Pence-Cents Era.

The last day to register for the BNAPS Past Presidents' Reception and Awards Banquet on Sunday is Friday, 26 July. This is also the last day to register for the combined dinner cruise and Award Banquet.
The last day to register for the dinner cruise is Monday, 12 August. The last day to register for the cruise-only option (no buffet dinner) is Friday, 23 August.
The home page provides more information on the Court of Honour exhibit, "The Philatelic History of Kingston from 1673 to the Present Day".

The BNAPEX 2024 registration form is now available. It is an online form this year. No need to fill in a paper or PDF form and submit it by mail or email.
To register for the convention, go to the Registration web page, and click on the "Registration form" button.

The Postal History Society of Canada will meet on Sunday at 12:50. The President of the PHSC, Robert Stock, will be chairing the meeting.

Canadian Stamp News will have a table at the bourse. Besides the publication, philatelic supplies will be available.

Seminars
The seminars page has been updated. Study groups can opt to have remote access to their in-person
meeting via Zoom. This means that all study group members, not just those physically present at the
convention, can attend the meeting. Meetings that will have remote access are highlighted in green
in the seminar schedule.
Exhibits
The initial acceptance period for requesting exhibit frames ends on 30 April. Frames are still
available. The second acceptance period ends on 23 June. Get your exhibit entry request in as soon
as possible.

The online exhibit entry form is available. It is accessed by going to the BNAPEX Exhibits page and clicking on the "Online form" button. Using this form, exhibitors can submit their exhibit online and upload the synopsis, title page, and exhibit pages to the BNAPS web server.

St. Larry’s Pub will serve as the BNAPEX hospitality suite on Thursday and Saturday evenings. The pub is in the St. Lawrence College main building, almost underneath the conference room. See the Events page for times.
A link to a list of Kingston downtown restaurants was added to the bottom of the home page.

The procedure to book a room at the St. Lawrence College Residence has been finalized. Go to the Accommodation page and click "Online booking procedure" or download the document "SLC accommodation info".
The Best Western Fireside Inn has set aside a block of rooms for BNAPEX goers who prefer to stay at a hotel. Details on the Accommodation page.
Five dealers have been added to the Dealers page. More are anticipated.
Quite a few study groups will be holding meetings at BNAPEX. One more has been added since the initial Seminars page was posted. Some study groups are planning "hybrid" meetings; that is, the in-person meeting will be accessible remotely via Zoom.
The Travel page now includes information on reaching Kingston by train, bus, and plane.
