Note to seminar leaders
There are two study group seminar rooms of approximately equal size and facilities. Both rooms have a seating capacity of 45 with a maximum capacity of 55. The rooms are designed for in-person and remote attendance.

Study groups can opt to have remote access to their in-person meeting via Zoom. This means that all study group members, not just those physically present at the convention, can attend the meeting. A study group or seminar leader wishing to have a hybrid in-person/remote meeting must send a written request to Ron Smith by Monday, 15 July 2024, to allow time to organize the digital Zoom meeting and distribute meeting-specific login information. No requests received beyond 15 July will be considered.

In the schedule below, meetings with remote access via Zoom are highlighted in green. The Study Group will provide the Zoom coordinates to its members once the Zoom access is set up.
