Booking a room

Here is the procedure for booking a room at the St. Lawrence College Residence using the online booking system. This procedure, and much more, is in the document:

There is no deposit required at the time of reservation. A credit card is required to confirm the reservation, but payment will not be made until the time of checking in.

You can choose the arrival and departure dates: arrival on or after Thursday, 22 August, and departure on or before Monday, 26 August. The cost per night is $Cdn 89.00 + taxes. The number of rooms available is limited. The cut-off date to make a reservation is 22 July 2024.

A double occupancy room has two twin beds and a private bathroom (shower only). There are no single rooms available.

Procedure

• Click on the "Online booking system" button just above to display the booking form.
• To the left of the red Book Now button on the booking form, click on the following:

• Click on the red Book Now button.
• On the next page, ignore the “Property is sold out ...” message. Click on Have a promo code?

• Enter the Promo Code BNAPS and click Apply.
• If you are alone, click on 1 Room, 2 Guests to change the number of guests to 1.
• Review the Room with 2 single beds section for the list of amenities and the total price before taxes.
• Click on the blue Select button.
• Click on the Book button.
• Enter your contact details and planned arrival time.
• Enter credit card details and click on the Book button.

You will receive a confirming email from StayRCC for your reservation.

Cancellation

Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to one day before the arrival date. Otherwise, a charge of one day will be levied. Cancellations must be made by contacting the Residence receptionist at 613-544-6600 ext. 4999.
