The BNAPEX 2023 Halifax souvenirs consist of ten Picture Postage™ stamps depicting folk art mailboxes found in Nova Scotia. The stamps are affixed to cacheted covers and postmarked with specially designed cancels. The stamps and covers are sold in sets of ten. A limited number of booklets is also available.

The stamp designs are based on photographs taken by Hugh Rathbun between 2019 and 2021. Hugh Rathbun also designed the cachets and special postmarks. The photographs were taken on the dates specified below.
