In the article, "Peters" refers to Del Peters, a collector of tagging errors, who teamed up with Robin Harris and John Jamieson to produce an online database of such errors hosted on the Adminware website. Besides listing all known tagging errors, the database illustrates the various types of errors and the nomenclature (such as "G2al") used to identify and catalogue them.

"CS" refers to the Unitrade Specialized Catalogue of Canadian Stamps.
