Exhibit Entry

The BNAPEX 2026 Valleyfield Exhibition Prospectus is available below.

You can enter your exhibit using the online Exhibit Entry form. You can submit your synopsis and title page using the same form, and you can update them up to 31 July. This is the preferred submission method.

You can also submit your synopsis and title page by email to the Exhibits Committee at: bnapexExhibits@bnaps.org.

Questions should be emailed to the Exhibits Chair, Yan Turmine: bnapexExhibits@bnaps.org.

Payment for exhibit frames

The frame fee is $35 for single-frame exhibits and $25 per frame for multi-frame exhibits. There is no fee for Court of Honour and Youth exhibits.

You can pay the frame fee using one of the following methods:

• Interac e-Transfer
  Send payment to yant@shpq.org. Auto-deposit is enabled.
• PayPal
  Send payment to yant@shpq.org.
• Cheque or money order made payable to Société d’histoire postale du Québec
  In addition to Canadian dollars, the following currencies may be accepted: $US, £, €. Before making payment, contact the BNAPEX Treasurer, Yan Turmine (bnapexTreasurer@bnaps.org), for the amount.
  Mail payment to the BNAPEX Treasurer: Yan Turmine, 1305 rang huit, St-Edmond de Grantham, QC  J0C 1K0.

No fee is charged for payment by e-Transfer or cheque. For PayPal, please add the PayPal fee to your payment.

The American Association of Philatelic Exhibitors (AAPE) website has articles about creating an exhibit, preparing the synopsis and title page, and judging criteria (but note that the AAPE rules apply to AAPE awards). The website also offers examples of successful exhibits.
