BNAPS meetings and seminars will be held in the following rooms:

• Maresch Room
• SHPQ Room
• FQP Room
• BNAPS Waterfront Room

The hotel floor plan shows the location of the Maresch Room, the SHPQ (Société d’histoire postale du Québec) Room, and the FQP (Fédération québécoise de philatélie) Room. The FQP Room is reserved for seminars organized by the FQP. All convention attendees are invited to attend both the BNAPS and the FQP seminars.

The BNAPS Waterfront Room is situated at the end of the hallway on the third floor of the hotel.

The meeting schedule is below the floor plan. The duration of most meetings is 1 hour 20 minutes. Meetings end 10 minutes before the next one. For seminar room bookings and questions about the seminar schedule, please contact Ron Smith, Vice President Study Groups, at bnapexSeminars@bnaps.org.
