BNAPS convention, exhibition, and bourse

If you register for the BNAPEX convention on or before 15 July, you will be entered in a draw for $100. The draw will take place at the Gray Monk Estate Winery dinner on Friday, 19 September.
If you make a room reservation at the convention hotel on or before 31 July, you will be entered in a draw for one free night at the hotel (up to a maximum of $179). The draw will take place at the awards banquet on Saturday, 20 September.
The BNAPEX 2025 registration form is an online form. No need to fill in a paper or PDF form and submit it by mail or email. Scroll to the bottom of this page to access the form.

There is a discount of $50 if you register for both the Friday evening-out at the Gray Monk Estate Winery and the Saturday Past Presidents' Reception and Awards Banquet.
A walk-in fee of $5.00 per day is charged to access the bourse on Friday or Saturday for persons 18 years of age or older. Access is free to all on Sunday. This fee is charged ONLY if you do not register for any of the special events (the three day trips, Friday night-out, or Saturday awards banquet).
The registration fee can be paid by Interac e-Transfer®, cheque, or PayPal. Cheques can be made out in CA $, or in US $ at the current exchange rate with the Canadian dollar. No fee is charged for payment by Interac e-Transfer® or cheque. For payment in other currencies, please contact the BNAPEX Treasurer at BNAPS-PNW@shaw.ca.
For Interac e-Transfer®, send payment to the BNAPEX Treasurer at BNAPS-PNW@shaw.ca. Auto-deposit is enabled.
For cheques, make the cheque payable to BNAPS Pacific Northwest Regional Group, and mail it to the BNAPEX Treasurer: Mark Oakley, 7388 L & A Road, Vernon BC V1B 3S6.
For PayPal, please add the PayPal fee to your payment. Transfer payment to the BNAPEX Treasurer at BNAPS-PNW@shaw.ca.
These payment details are repeated on the registration form.
You will be prompted to log on the website if you aren't already.
The convention committee is arranging convenient group transportation between the Kelowna airport and Vernon. Transportation costs will be on a cost recovery basis, estimated at $30 to $35 per person, one-way. If you would like to take advantage of this, please provide your flight information on the flight data form. If you haven't made flight reservations when you register, you can fill in the flight data form later on, after you make your reservations. You will be prompted to log in if you aren't already.
