VIRTUAL EXHIBITION AND CONFERENCE

Saturday, 31 January 2026

Following last year's success, BNAPS is holding a one-day, mid-winter virtual exhibition and conference (VEC) on Saturday, 31 January. BNAPS members are invited to submit exhibits, be they competitive or non-competitive. Study groups and members are invited to host seminars during the conference.

VEC 2026 is open to all, not just BNAPS members. Attendance is free, but registration is required.

This event is in addition to BNAPEX 2026, the annual BNAPS in-person convention being held in Valleyfield, QC, on 18-20 September.

Exhibition

VEC 2026 will feature:

Up to 40 exhibits
Up to 160 frames
Competitive and non-competitive exhibits
Exhibits displayed online until 20 February

Study group seminars

The seminars are open to all VEC 2026 registrants, whether or not they belong to the study group hosting the seminar, whether or not they are members of BNAPS.

Early Nov 2025 - First day for requesting exhibit frames
Early Nov 2025 - Exhibit upload to website begins
20 Jan 2026 - Online registration begins
20 Jan 2026 - Last day for requesting exhibit frames
20 Jan 2026 - Last day for uploading exhibits to website
31 Jan 2026 - Day of the Virtual Exhibition and Conference
20 Feb 2026 - Exhibits removed from website
