By air

The major airlines do not serve Valleyfield directly. The nearest major airport is the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL), located approximately 70 km east of Valleyfield (about a 1-hour drive, depending on traffic).

The convention committee is arranging convenient group transportation between Montréal-Trudeau International Airport and Valleyfield. To help plan group transportation, the convention committee requires the following information for your arrival and departure flights:

• Airline
• Flight number
• Valleyfield arrival/departure date and time
• Number of passengers

If you would like to take advantage of the group transportation, please enter your arrival and departure flight information on the Flight Data Form on the Registration page. If you haven’t yet booked your flights when you register, you may enter the flight data once you have made your travel reservations.

All major car rental companies have counters at the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport.

By car

Estimated driving times and distances from several major centres to Valleyfield:

• Montréal: 1 hour drive; about 70 km
• Ottawa: 2.5 to 3 hour drive; about 200 km
• Québec City: 3.5 to 4 hour drive; about 360 km
• Toronto: 5.5 to 6 hour drive; about 550 km

By train

The nearest VIA Rail train station is at Dorval; however, there is a flag stop (but no rail station) at Coteau Station (about 15 minutes by car from the hotel).
