Registration Form

To register for the convention and optional tours, please:

1. Fill in and submit the registration form
2. Pay by cheque (made payable to BNAPEX2019) or PayPal (see below)

Use one of the following forms to register:

Payment using PayPal

You can pay for your BNAPEX 2019 registration package using your PayPal account. You can also pay through PayPal using your bank account or credit card. Note that a PayPal account NOT required. If you use PayPal, please remember to submit the filled-in registration form by email or postal mail to the address given above.

To pay using PayPal:

1. Click the Add to Cart button for the item you want. You are redirected to the PayPal website.
2. On the PayPal website, click the "+" and "-" to adjust the number of items if required. Then, click Continue shopping to come back to this page.
3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for each item you want. At any point, you can click View Cart to see all the items you have selected and the total cost.
4. On the PayPal website, pay for the registration package you have selected.
   If you have a PayPal account, click the PayPal check out button.
   If you do not have a PayPal account, click the Check Out button. You will be prompted to pay using your bank account or credit card.
5. Remember to fill in the registration form and send it by email to bnapexregistration@bnaps.org or by postal mail to the address given above.

Tour 2 - Saturday, 08:45 Guided tour of the Diefenbunker, Canada’s Cold War Museum, in Carp, ON, followed by Dutch treat lunch at Cheshire Cat Pub, Carp, ON. Approx. 5 hours. Maximum 45 participants.	$28.50
