The officers serve for a two-year term. The directors serve for a four-year term.

Except for the Treasurer, the term begins at the close of the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Society. This year, the AGM is on Sunday, 25 August, at BNAPEX 2024 Kingston.

The Treasurer's term begins at the start of the next fiscal year following his election.

In the 2022 election, Christopher J. Ellis was elected as a Director for the four-year term 2022-2026. When he assumes his position as Secretary for the coming two-year term, his position as Director will become vacant. The new Board will appoint a replacement to fill the Director position for the remainder of the 2022-2026 term.
