Thursday - BNAPEX prelude: full-day bilingual guided tour of Montreal
Friday (10:00-17:30) Saturday (10:00-17:30) Sunday (10:00-15:00)

The BNAPEX 2026 registration form is an online form. No need to fill in a paper or PDF form and submit it by mail or email. Scroll to the bottom of this page to access the form.

You and your spouse or partner or guest can register for one or more of the following events:

  • BNAPEX prelude: full-day bilingual guided tour of Montreal with Thom Seivewright (Thursday; about 8 hr; $140 per person, includes transportation by mini-bus, does not include lunch)
    On this tour, you will see old Montreal architecture, the campuses of McGill and Concordia universities, a panoramic view of the city from Mount Royal Park and the Kondiaronk Belvedere, Plateau Mont-Royal and Mile End, the Olympic Stadium and Olympic Park, le Quartier des spectacles (Montreal's premier cultural district), the Atwater Market, and Parc Jean-Drapeau (site of Expo 67 world's fair).
  • Tour 1 - Salaberry-de-Valleyfield historic sites (Friday; about 1 hr; free)
  • Night out (Friday evening; $75)
    Friday night billiards with appetizers and tapas
  • Tour 2 - Beauharnois hydroelectric generating station (Saturday; about 2 hr; free)
    Built in the 1930s, it is one of the world’s largest hydropower generating stations and the fifth largest in Québec.
  • Tour 3 - Museum exhibition of the Montreal Cotton (MOCO) Factory (Saturday; about 1 hr; free)
    The Montreal Cotton Company (1874–1968) was a major textile producer in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. Its factories were demolished, but the heritage is preserved by the Musée de Société des Deux-Rives (MUSO) through exhibitions on the company town, workers' lives, and the 19th-century industrial revolution
  • BNAPS Past Presidents' Reception and Awards Banquet (Saturday evening; $120)
    The reception and banquet take place at the convention hotel.

If you register for both the Friday night billiards and Saturday banquet events, the combined fee is reduced to $180.

A walk-in fee of $5 per day is charged to access the bourse on Friday or Saturday for persons 18 years of age or older. Access is free to all on Sunday. This fee is charged ONLY if you do not register for the Friday night-out or Saturday awards banquet.

You can pay the registration fee using one of the following methods:

  • Interac e-Transfer
    Send payment to yant@shpq.org. Auto-deposit is enabled.
  • PayPal
    Send payment to yant@shpq.org.
  • Cheque or money order made payable to Société d’histoire postale du Québec
    In addition to Canadian dollars, the following currencies may be accepted: $US, £, €. Before making payment, contact the BNAPEX Treasurer, Yan Turmine (bnapexTreasurer@bnaps.org), for the amount.
    Mail payment to the BNAPEX Treasurer: Yan Turmine, 1305 rang huit, St-Edmond de Grantham, QC  J0C 1K0.

No fee is charged for payment by e-Transfer or cheque. For PayPal, please add the PayPal fee to your payment.

The convention committee is arranging convenient group transportation between Montréal–Trudeau International Airport and Valleyfield. This service is free; however, a donation to recover transportation costs would be appreciated. If you would like to take advantage of this, please provide your flight information on the flight data form. If you haven't made flight reservations when you register, you can fill in the flight data form later on, after you make your reservations. You will be prompted to log in if you aren't already.
