The BNAPEX Frame Limits, Exhibition Prospectus, and Exhibit Entry documents can be downloaded below.
Since this is a joint show between BNAPS and the Calgary Philatelic Society combining the BNAPS national show with the Calgary Regional show (Caltapex), exhibits are NOT restricted to BNA only. We are accepting on the Caltapex side all areas of exhibiting. Do you have a secret desire to show that special exhibit you have that's not BNA to your BNAPS friends but haven't had the opportunity? Take this opportunity to put up that special sideline on the Caltapex frames - these will be judged by accredited judges too.
Exhibit applications can now be sent by email, post office mail or by courier. Please note however that final acceptance will not be confirmed until receipt of the required frame fee and Synopsis and Title Page copies.
