If a member calls the 800 number to make a reservation and asks to start it before the 25th, or to extend it beyond the 29th, the 800 operator will inform the caller "that the entire block of rooms is closed out" and then will quote a higher priced room rate. The caller then needs to call the DoubleTree 509- 455-9600 number and he/she will have no problem at the published prices."
