New Password / Forgotten Password

This page allows current BNAPS members to obtain a password by email to log in and access their profile and the members-only content on the BNAPS website.

Fill in the form to get a password. If you have a password but have forgotten it, fill in the form to get a new one.

After receiving your password, you should change it to one of your own choosing. Here's how:

  • Log in using the password that was emailed to you.
  • On the BNAPS home page, click on Member Routines at the top right.
  • Access your member profile (My Profile in the drop-down menu).
  • On your profile page, select Change Password.
  • Fill in the Change Password form.

If you are having problems, please email the webmaster.
In your email, include your:

  • BNAPS membership number
  • Last name
  • Postal code or ZIP code

Get Password (for current BNAPS members only)

All fields in this form are required (except for the postal code if your address does not have one).

Member number

Type in just a numeric value, no letters.

Last name

Postal/ZIP code

Leave this blank if your address does not have a postal code.

Country

Email address

Must be the same as the email address in your membership profile.

Confirm email address

Type in the email address again to confirm there are no typing errors.

Alternate email


Click Submit to receive your password by email to the address specified above.
