If you have historic materials related to BNAPS - photographs of early conventions, letters, documents, programs, menus, etc. - please consider them for inclusion on this page.

• You may send original material for scanning and it will be returned to you (postage costs will be paid by BNAPS).
• You may scan the material yourself (jpg please) and send to me. Photocopying material is a second choice because of the loss of information which usually results - but even they will not be turned down.
• Please consider an out-an-out Donation of material to BNAPS for a permanent archive. There have been conversations with a respresentative of a most prestigious archive to take possession of the BNAPS paper and film archives. Informal conversation with a few BNAPS board members give indication that this is worth pursuing. Formal discussions with the BNAPS board will take place in Spokane.

  If you decide to make such a donation to BNAPS and this agreement does not materialize - your materials will be returned to you.

BNAPS acknowledges the contributions made by numerous individuals to keep this page accurate.

First and foremost the Society acknowledges the work of the first historian, Ed Whiting for the initial work he did in gathering the history of the Society as evidenced by the lists of award winners, lists of officers, and convention summary. Only Ed and Ernestine (his wife) can truly appreciate the long hours it took to compile this information.
